It’s ideal for sealing hot and cold drinks, yogurt, soup, cotton candy, gelato, cosmetics, and more! This machine is easy to operate and incredibly efficient—perfect for restaurants, beverage factories, and coffee shops. Sealing your products not only extends their freshness but also gives them a polished, professional appearance.

We can build a custom-sized cup sealing machine tailored to your product. The first step in getting started is to decide whether you will be using our cups or those from an external vendor. If this information is not disclosed to us, we will default to using our cup mold. If you decide to use another vendor's cups, samples of these cups will be needed in order to ensure precise manufacturing of your sealing machine.

Ordering Process:

• Identify Your Cup Type: Determine the material of your cups (e.g., PP, PET, or Premium PP Injection Plastic). Check the bottom of the cup for specifications or consult your supplier.
• Confirm Cup Diameter: Measure the outer rim of your cup to confirm its diameter (common sizes are 90mm, 95mm, 98mm, and 120mm). If unsure, use a ruler and convert the measurement to millimeters.
• Choose a Panel Design: Select either our standard panel or a custom panel featuring your logo. (Custom panels incur an additional cost.)
• Decide on Certification: UL Certification is required for commercial facilities to meet local and federal safety standards.
• Request a Quote: After gathering this information, we will provide you a quote for the machine. Upon your acceptance, payment is required upfront, as the sealing machine is a made-to-order product.
