This isn't the first time I have purchased these boxes, but it is the first time I had some damaged in transit. I contacted the seller through Amazon - and even though it was Friday afternoon, they responded within the hour, immediately dispatched replacements and they were delivered before 10am on Monday morning!The true measure of a company is not how they behave when things go right, but how they respond when things go wrong. And they couldn't have done any better, in my opinion, fast, friendly, apologetic, efficient, not much more one can ask for really.Great boxes, by the way. They have transformed my shed and workshop area. They stack well, are fairly robust and being clear, makes finding things really easy.
