Our tile floor isn't friendly to glass mason jars or 1x1, coin, head Legos meeting our feet-- this is the perfect solution.I've ordered these twice and recommended them to others. They are as you'd expect and good quality. I also like that they fit into the half-height Sterilite containers so I can easily take a collection of these in the car for camping.We got sick of always breaking our mason jars, so we were thrilled to find plastic ones. These seemed to be perfect for our needs... until we tried to nuke some soup we had in them. They MELTED!!! Well poop. I can use them around the house for cold stuff, but taking them to the office is kind of out. Otherwise I will need to bring a separate microwavable container. Meh. They are nice, just too cheap/flimsy to handle being nuked.Not air tight, I tested 1 with water, and the water leaks out if placed on its side, im hoping they are still good for paint, since paint might seal off any gaps on the top, other than the test, I havent used them yet, but they seem ok for cheap plastic jarsThe jars were for a classroom project. Plastic jars had no distortions. The lids were able to screw on securely. Able to write on them with paint pens with no problems. No liquids were added, just fake snow & glitter along with miniature winter animals. All the jars came perfectly -no cracks. Will definitely order again.The product apprears well made and looks very nice but is advertised as "clear plastic Mason Jars 32 oz." I tried pouring 32oz of water into one of the jars. It came up to the top of the jar with some slight overflow. I've been canning fruits etc for many years, and Mason Jars always have a bit of extra space in the jar so there is no overflow. It will serve my purpose for now, but I don't think it should be called 32oz or Mason. It should say Mason style and 32 oz. to the rim.Only 16oz by my measurements, with water filled to the rim. Smaller than I thought it would be, as it’s supposed to be 18oz.Peanut butter jar is about right.Used tilhem to store paint. Worked out well so far
