These lids should not be dishwasher cleaned. Plastic parts are subject to warpage. The offer contains 6 opaque, unbreakable and dishwasher safe plastic 3 piece airlocks, 6 plastic fermenting lids with grommets and gaskets, 6 plastic storage lids with gaskets. All gaskets and grommets are high-quality BPA free food safe silicone. The airlock is BPA free food safe opaque plastic and is filled with water prior to use and allows the escape of O2. The kit comes with an extra 6 BPA free plastic storage lids and BPA free food-safe silicone gaskets for placing on your jars when fermenting is over. This will free up your fermenting lids for more fermenting action while the now solidly capped ferments can go into short term storage from where they can deliver a tasty and healthy probiotic food for your family.
